Update #23: The #1 Way to Get More Reviews

Authors are always asking me how they can get more reviews on their books.
The top way is to make sure you ask them on a regular basis.
I’ll share more of what I mean later on in today’s update.
In fact, let me demonstrate this tactic in action.
Currently, even though we’ve sold close to 1,000 copies of Self-Publishing and Email Marketing…
We only have 19 reviews on the Amazon U.S. store.
Here’s an excerpt from a 5-star review posted by Meg L.
“Highly informative with an engaging writing style. I felt like *I* was being coached by Bryan. Just superb. Definitely a MUST BUY!”

Sending out an email on a quarterly basis requesting that your readers review your book is a painlessly simple way to boost your reviews.
You’ll want to make it easy for your readers.
Including a link and an excerpt of a review that’s already there can make a huge difference.
What are some other tactics you can try?
1. Include a “can you leave a review” email in your Automatic Email Sequence.
2. Start an Advanced Reader Copy (ARC) team with an automated sequence of its own to post reviews to one of your series starters.
3. Ask a friend in your genre if you can do an ARC team swap with you sharing a copy of their book to your ARC team in return for them sharing yours.
